You get treated as a diagnosis, not a person
Antibody panels name the disease. They do not tell you why your immune system turned on you.

Most autoimmune care names the disease and suppresses the immune system. Here is what often gets missed.
Antibody panels name the disease. They do not tell you why your immune system turned on you.
Steroids, biologics, and "you'll be on this for life." Gut, toxins, hormones, and cell health are rarely part of it.
After you've tried everything, the next instruction is to manage symptoms and accept this as permanent.
What most centers test
What usually goes untested
These tell you what the disease is called. They do not tell you why it started, or what would change it.
What Causenta also tests
Autoimmune does not appear on its own. It appears in a body that is either calming the immune system or keeping it switched on. That is the part we measure.

I have had the privilege of helping people from all walks of life; from terminal cancer patients to high-powered professionals, the who’s who of the sporting world, and professional athletes.
The secret to helping you get better, perform better, look better, and feel better isn’t tied to a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, it comes from fully understanding one’s physiology and social determinants of health and marrying the latest technologies with cutting-edge resources, performance, and fitness.
Our treatment plans are customized to each patient, their body, their situation, and their circumstances. We will learn together what makes your cells stronger, and what doesn’t. At Causenta, everyone is committed to finding the root cause of your problem. We won’t stop until we find it. We don’t quit on our patients.

Your numbers and the treatment you're already getting shape the plan. So does the life you want to keep living.

We talk through which measurements would help decide your next step.

The conversation starts with your history and the treatment you're already on.

We ask about your energy, your movement, and what you want to keep doing.
Your rheumatologist, endocrinologist, or primary care doctor stays involved. Follow-up visits give the team a chance to go back over the plan with you when something changes.
How we take a new patient from a first conversation to a protocol that keeps adjusting as the data comes in.
Thirty minutes, no cost, no commitment. The clinical team listens before recommending anything.
A full review of your history, goals, current medications, and labs from prior providers.
Testing chosen for your situation from a list that keeps growing, a clear timeline, and what happens while your results are processed.
Your testing data is analyzed and a protocol is written specifically for you: therapies, supplements, lifestyle, and exercise.
Protocols evolve as the data evolves. Care does not end at the first protocol delivery.

Causenta has become a destination clinic for patients who want their care measured, explained, and adjusted over time.
Patients and their families come to Causenta from across the United States and abroad because the approach is specific: detailed testing, a plan written for one person, and follow-up that keeps adjusting it.

There was a time when healthcare was focused on relationships and personalized treatment, and red tape and insurance requirements had nothing to do with the care you received. That’s why Causenta exists.
The standard medical model treats the symptom because it is faster. We also look for the underlying contributing factors, a layer of testing and care most clinics do not offer.
No protocol at Causenta is written before comprehensive diagnostics are complete: microbiome, micronutrients, genomics, oxidative stress, hormones, environmental toxin load, and more.
Two patients with the same diagnosis often receive different protocols. The protocol follows your data, not a template.
Yes. Most of our patients already have a rheumatologist, an endocrinologist, or a primary care doctor. Our care works alongside what they are doing. It does not replace it, and we are glad to share what the testing shows.
Two big differences. First, we run much deeper testing before we recommend anything. We look at things most clinics never measure, like gut bacteria, toxins, intracellular nutrients, and how the immune system is being triggered. Second, we have on-site therapies that support repair. We are not a replacement for your rheumatologist. We work with them.
Most clinics rely on antibody panels, CRP, and a thyroid test. We add testing across blood work, hormones, the vitamins and minerals inside your cells, gut bacteria, toxins and heavy metals, genetics, and inflammation throughout the body. The point is to find what is driving the immune system, not only to name the disease.
We do not bill insurance. Consultations are $350 per hour, and a first visit usually runs $700 to $1,400 depending on how long it takes. You can pay with HSA or FSA funds. Payment plans are available, and we offer family and advance-payment discounts.
Yes. Many of our patients travel to Scottsdale. Out-of-state visits are a flat $1,400 per day, which covers your appointments for that day. We help you plan the trip so the testing and the follow-up conversation fit together.
That is one of the most common reasons people call. We cannot promise you will come off medication, and we will not pretend otherwise. Some people do well with a different plan. Some still need what they are on, and go into it with a clearer picture of why. What we can give you is what your own testing shows and an honest read on what is realistic.
Yes. Family and caregivers are welcome on the call and in the clinic. Most people make a better decision with someone else in the room.
